Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. I use slow strokes and deep finger pressure and trigger point techniques on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.

Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. I use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

Hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. With the use of smooth heated stones it will help your muscles to melt into relaxation and relieve tension throughout the body in this ancient practice, combined with your preference of light, medium or deep tissue massage.

Dell Haven Massage LLC office has three steps clientele will have to climb up in the Main Entrance. I apologize for not having a handicap accessible entrance at this time.
Also clientele has to have ability to get on and off the massage table on their own or with assistance from a person with them at the appointment. Dell Haven Massage LLC takes no responsibility for assisting clients on or off the table unless in a Emergency situation.
I am also a Pet Friendly Office. We have Two Cats that reside here at my home office. Please take consideration before booking if you have a pet allergy, thank you.

Upon arrival of your massage you will be asked to sign a agreement if you wish to use the lotion I provide.
